1. The variation range of the seed of P. koraiensis is 8.40%-68.88%. Eleven fatty acids can be detected in the oil; the total amount of unsaturated fatty acid is 84.67%, of which the content of linoleic acid is 42.02%; and the variation of fatty acid composition is 2.24%-66.83%. Seventeen kinds of amino acids are found and the total amino acid is 40.43%, which contains 7 kinds in need of human body. The variation range of amino acid and amino acid composition 14.7%-38.88% shows that there are great variations in P. koraiensis germplasm resources.
